Conference registration is open!

Authors must register in order to present their papers. Each paper must have either a full registration or an additional paper charge associated with it.

VPPC 2025 Early Bird Registration Rates - Valid until 28^th September 2025.

Existing VTS members, be sure to register at the VTS member rate to receive the discount. Please have your IEEE member number available when registering.

* Student, Life Member, and Tutorials Only Registration - Not valid for paper publication.

* Tutorials Only registration is only valid for the first day.

* Workshops and tutorials will take place on 22 October 2025.

* The conference registration fee will be collected by Hangzhou Baibu Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd., the officially authorized service provider for VPPC 2025.

For International Attendees

Option A: Payment with CNY/USD:  By Online Payment

(1) This Payment must be used for and have opened online banking.

(2) Please provide accurate billing information. If any information is entered incorrectly, the credit card online payment will be failed. The billing address should be the same as your credit card statement address, so that we can confirm the information you hand in.

Notice:  After the remittance, please send a screenshot of the bank transfer voucher to your email caiwu@baibuhz.com, than log in to the conference website and go to "User Center" - "Payment Method" - select "Transfer "Screenshot Upload, Wait for the backend to approve it.

Notice: In order to facilitate reimbursement, we will provide proof that Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the conference company of the VPPC2025 conference, and the VPPC2025 registration fee is remitted to the account.
